Travis Williams

Co-Founder

Travis Williams grew up in Canton, NC, the youngest of five brothers. A 1991 graduate of Pisgah High School, he went on to earn a BS in Business Management with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from NC State University.

Today, Travis leads Kingdom Thinkers, a dynamic Kingdom education class that helps people of all ages discover what the Kingdom of God is and how to live by its timeless principles.

A passionate believer and gifted teacher, Travis is devoted to sharing the reality of God’s Kingdom and showing how Scripture applies to everyday life. His message blends bold faith with practical application—encouraging people to move from knowledge to faithful action as they align their lives with Kingdom truth.

Nicole Williams

Co-Founder

Nicole grew up in Waynesville, NC, and moved to Canton at age 12. A 1991 graduate of Pisgah High School, she brings extensive experience in banking, lending, mortgages, and real estate. As a natural administrator, Nicole applies her organizational skills to support the operations of several businesses she co-owns.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cooking and baking, nature walks, and beach days, and values meaningful time with family and friends. Her practical expertise, steady leadership, and warm relational style make her an essential partner in both business and community.

Our Story

Marriage & Business Partnership

Travis and Nicole were married in 2021 and are blessed with four wonderful children—two sons, two daughters—and a granddaughter. Their entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 with the launch of Reciprocity Trucking, Inc. After Travis retired from Duke Energy in 2021, he dedicated himself full-time to growing the trucking business. In 2022, they expanded their vision by founding Reciprocity Land Services, LLC, a strategic spinoff of their trucking company.

In 2023, they established Kingdom Thinkers, LLC—a venture that truly reflects their purpose and calling. Driven by a shared passion for Kingdom principles and business, Travis and Nicole are committed to inspiring others through faith, integrity, and practical solutions that make a difference in their community and beyond.
